Purchases
At MODE-Pétillante you can simply place an order by:
Prices
Prices shown on the site are in EUR. and include VAT but do not include shipping costs. The total amount listed on the order form does include shipping costs. All customs duties and sales taxes for deliveries outside the EU are for your account and are non-refundable through MODE-Pétillante. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Delivery information
MODE-Pétillante's delivery partner makes deliveries worldwide under the following conditions:
Netherlands: € 5.95
Belgium: € 15.00

Delivery to neighbours: if you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your next-door neighbour. Indicate on the check-out form if you do not wish to make use of this possibility. Tick the option indicating that no delivery should be made to the neighbours (“no neighbour delivery”).
Returns & exchanges
All goods bought at MODE-Pétillante and delivered within the Netherlands can be returned free of charge within seven working days upon delivery. Delivered purchases outside the Netherlands can be returned, but shipping costs are on your account (customer’s account).
Returns will be accepted under following conditions:
All accurately returned goods will be credited as a refund within 10 working days to the original purchaser. In either case, subject to deduction of the shipping costs that were charged.
Returning SALE items:
For returned items bought in the SALE with a discount over 50%, an additional fee of € 5.00 will be charged. This fee will be deducted of the purchase amount.
To return an order you:
You can change your purchase for a different size at our expense. However, if the new size still doesn’t fit you will be responsible for the return costs. Follow the instructions above and let us know the new size in the e-mail.
Privacy All personal data shall only be used for completing the order and providing information on MODE-Pétillante's products and shall never be placed at the disposal of third parties.
At MODE-Pétillante you can simply place an order by:

- Continue shopping or press the checkout button
- Complete the order form and press purchase.
- Choose a payment method: pre payment (i-DEAL) or credit card payment (visa or mastercard).

MODE-Pétillante's delivery partner makes deliveries worldwide under the following conditions:
- delivery in the Netherlands within 1 – 2 working days of receipt of payment;
- delivery within countries of the European Union within 3-7 working days of receipt of payment;
- delivery outside countries of the European Union within 8-12 working days of receipt of payment;
- delivery to the neighbours, if required (as is possible to indicate during your order);
- there is no problem if you are not at home; two attempts will be made to deliver your package, in the afternoon and in the evening. After this, you will be able to collect it from the nearest collection point or post office.

- You must announce the return within 7 working days after receiving the order;
- You must send the products within 5 working days after you’ve received MODE- Pétillante’s Return Service Number;
- The returned goods must be:
- new
- unused and unworn
- with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
All accurately returned goods will be credited as a refund within 10 working days to the original purchaser. In either case, subject to deduction of the shipping costs that were charged.
Returning SALE items:

To return an order you:
- send an e-mail to customercare@mode-p.com with:
- name item you want to return
- reason of return
- order number as send to you by email and as shown on the invoice
- within 24 hours you will receive by mail a Return Service Number and further instructions on how the return the package to us. Please wait till you receive this e-mail before sending the package.
You can change your purchase for a different size at our expense. However, if the new size still doesn’t fit you will be responsible for the return costs. Follow the instructions above and let us know the new size in the e-mail.
